Allied Properties is a residential land developer operating across northeastern North Carolina and the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. We acquire raw land, carry it through entitlement, build the infrastructure, and deliver finished, recorded lots to the homebuilders who depend on a steady supply.
We are not brokers, and we are not speculators. We buy what we intend to develop, we underwrite before we commit, and we stand behind our numbers because we measure the work as it happens, not after something goes wrong.
The land comes first. Every community starts with the dirt what it can carry, what it will cost, and what a builder can put on it. We answer those questions before we close, so nobody discovers them after.
Numbers are earned. Budgets, schedules, and quantities on our projects are measured against the ground, draw by draw. When we give a builder a delivery date or a partner a cost, it’s because we verified it not because we hoped.
Small team, full control. Acquisition, entitlement, development, and delivery run in-house. When something needs a decision, the person who can make it is already in the room.
